Authentic knots, cracks, and splits are left in the wood just as they were found. Exposed and active dovetail joinery shows the integrity of each piece—just as it was 4,000 years ago by the Pharaohs. Every item in this collection is unique and one-of-a-kind. The reclaimed, rustic styling is from American White Oak solids and veneers. Custom metal hardware was selected to really complete the look of this furniture. Handmade in the USA. For every tree used to make the furniture, Vaughan Bassett donates a tree to the Virginia Department of Forestry to be replaced.

All drawers have dovetail joinery and full extension slides with the bottom drawer cedar lined. The collection is crafted of select hardwoods with thick veneers and the warm Tuscan finish.
